After purchase, your ticket will be emailed to you as a QR code. It can be scanned directly from your phone or printed out.

Yes. Gates close at 10 PM. You must enter the venue before 10 PM. No refunds will be issued if you are not inside the venue before 10 PM.

No. The venue follows a strict no re-entry policy. Once you exit the venue, you will not be allowed to return.

Your ID will be scanned at the gate. Stampede Mela reserves the right to deny entry into the venue at its sole discretion. If you are a ticket holder and denied entry, email info@stampedemela.com for reimbursement.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled. In the case of postponement, tickets will automatically be honored for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Stampede Mela reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the lineup or event schedule without offering refunds. Force majeure events beyond our control may not be eligible for refunds.
